Located near Wickenburg, Arizona, this is an authentic western Guest ranch in the foothills of Arizona's Bradshaw Mountains. Their endless horseback riding trails through the Sonoran Desert could take you cantering up a desert wash, climbing rocky ridges for mountain views or ambling along gentle foothill trails. These extraordinary rides through the timeless Arizona desert can accommodate equestrians (and cowboys) of all skill levels. The informal and relaxed atmosphere creates a warm and intimate environment where western vacationing guests quickly become part of the family.
The historic thick-walled adobe lodge houses eight guest rooms and the ranch living room. Comfortable and charming, each guest room has a private bath. Choose from king, queen or twin-bedded rooms. The two casitas are tucked away under towering salt cedar and eucalyptus trees. Both casitas have baths with walk-in showers. Savour home cooking with garden crisp vegetables and salads, fresh baked breads and desserts, as well as choice meats, fish and poultry grilled over an open mesquite fire. Favourable weather, varied terrain and spectacular scenery make this ranch ideal for some of the finest horseback riding anywhere. Their professional wranglers will guide you through thousands of acres of open desert. Horseback rides go out twice every day except Sunday and holidays when the horses have the afternoon off. They do not have special children's counsellors, babysitters or a specific programmes for children. They are welcome to participate in all ranch and horseback riding activities, but must be seven to ride on the trails.
