Children should be 6+ to visit this ranch.At The Home Ranch you can ride with whomever you want.  Generally rides are divided into groups of 6 or fewer, unless guests request larger group rides.  Some of our lessons have only two to three riders.  Keep in mind that rides are grouped by ability and desire, and that we adjust each ride to accommodate the least-confident rider.The Ranch's accommodations include eight private cabins and six rooms in the main lodge. The cabins vary in size from a one-bedroom studio to a three-bedroom, three-bath, "Home on the Ranch." Whether cabin or lodge room, each is appointed with antiques, Indian rugs, cozy down comforters, wood-burning stoves, coffee pots, and some with lofts perfect for the kids. Each cabin has its own front porch and a hot tub to work out the kinks from a long day on the trail Choose from a secluded cabin or a lodge room for closer proximity to the pool and restaurant.Children should be 6+ to stay at the ranch and the children’s programme caters to the ages and interests of each week’s group.  Parents are also encouraged to join in with the as rock climbing, rafting, and even lessons on navigating a compass.Meals -

The Home Ranch dining room combines the style and warmth of western ranch tradition with the quality and charm of Relais & Chateaux. It's easy to eat healthy with the many choices we offer at every Home Ranch meal. Breakfast features an extensive buffet of fruit and pastries with hot entrees made to order from the kitchen.   Lunch is served off the grill, poolside whenever possible. At Dinner some nights are formal multi-course occasions in the dining room, and other nights we enjoy a campfire.Late August to early September Adults only weeks From Denver it is a 4 hour drive through the mountains to the ranch. The advantages to this option are that you travel through a beautiful part of our state and you have a car for the week.
