The Lodge at Sun Ranch shares the neighbourhood with

The
Lodge at Sun Ranch is centred in the wide-open spaces of the 26,000-acre Sun
Ranch, where the land
looks much the same as it did when Lewis and Clark passed through two centuries
ago.
This luxurious retreat welcomes you with classic log
architecture, decks, balconies, roaring fireplaces, overstuffed chairs and
awe-inspiring views. Eight inviting guest rooms, suites and rustic cabins are
well appointed and include artwork and literature from around the region. The
Sun Ranch and surrounding landscape give you plenty of untamed places to explore
the things you love. Fish on the world-class waters of the Madison, rider the
range with the Wranglers or take a leisurely canoe trip.
On
archaeological tours you will encounter the remnants of ancient Native American
cultures. In a drift boat, on foot or by horseback, your travel through this
landscape will be unforgettable. No matter what activities you
choose, at day’s end, you’ll retreat to the Lodge, where fine cuisine and select
vintage wines await you in the dining room or on the terrace.
