As a Relais & Châteaux member, Triple Creek Ranch puts serious

collection of French, California and Pacific Northwest wines.
The year-round, all-inclusive resort is designed for adults and offers luxury and tranquility on more than 600 private acres of wooded hillside and open meadows, bordered in three directions by National Forest. The Montana Rockies add a dramatic backdrop Accommodations are in 20 Western-styled log cabins with wood-burning fireplaces; most have a private outdoor hot tub.
On ranch activities include : horseback riding (slow), hiking or snowshoeing, tennis, relax by pool.
Off ranch activities include : fly fishing, scenic river floating, driving cattle to greener pasture, white water rafting, guided all terrain vehicle tours, alpine and nordic skiing.

Riding at Triple Creek Ranch. What better way to
explore the beauty of the western countryside than on
horseback? Over wildflower meadows in spring … under blue mountain skies
during the summer … through the crackling leaves of a Ponderosa pine forest in
fall … or across a trail of freshly fallen snow — horseback riding at Triple
Creek Ranch is a year-round activity. Along the way you may see white tail
deer, mule deer, elk, wild turkeys, and an occasional bald eagle. Rides
that originate on the ranch are included in your stay, and an experienced guide
accompanies all horseback trips. The ideal group size is four
people, which allows for optimal personal attention. Trips last from one
to three hours and are tailored to participants' level of abilities and
interest. All trail rides are walking rides. 250lbs weight limit.
During the summer and fall the ranch offer off-ranch horse trip at a cost of $100 per person. For these rides they trailer the horses to a nearby scenic trailhead, departure times are 10 am from the ranch return 3 pm. A minimum of 4 riders are needed for this off ranch excursion with a maximum of 6
Guilded Fly Fishing trips on the Bitterroot River
For beginners, intermediate or expert angler, you can travel with an experienced guide down the Bitterroot River for a memorable day of fishing.
The Bitterroot River is a freestone river with its headwaters at the upper end of the Bitterroot Valley, just west of the Continental Divide. The Bitterroot River flows north through the valley into the Clark Fork of the Columbia River, west of Missoula. Our river is about 98 miles long including the East and West Forks and offers blue ribbon fishing for trout including Rainbow, Brown and West Slope Cutthroat.
Catch and Release fishing as there have not been any fish introduced into the Bitterroot since the 1940’s and all fish caught are wild. Maximum of 2 guests per raft. Lunch is provided by the ranch, fishing licenses are required and need to be obtained through the ranch.

experience with a company that specializes in day trips. The
Salmon
River runs through the largest wilderness area in the continental U.S.
and offers incredible scenery, abundant wildlife, and fascinating history.
These trips are exhilarating, fun, and safe adventures.
Your guide will meet you in the town of North Fork, Idaho. Your guided whitewater river trip will take you over approximately 13 miles of class II and class III rapids along the remote Lewis and Clark stretch of the river. Lunch is included
